TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings:


  • All sessions must be booked via our website. Sessions are booked, on a first-come-first-serve basis and we cannot guarantee a space for you if you arrive without booking.

  • Please contact The Wellbeing Within if you have any queries or questions regarding your booking

  • Equipment can be supplied but you will need to inform us of your requirements before your session

  • Please arrive on time for your session and notify us where possible if you are going to be late or if you will not be attending. The Wellbeing Within reserves the right to cancel your appointment if it impacts other classes, sessions and clients.

  • The Wellbeing Within aims to keep our pricing affordable and transparant, however we may review or increase our fees, remove a service or amend packages in line with the needs of the business. We reserve the right to take the steps needed in the best interests of The Wellbeing Within.


Wellbeing & Feedback:

  • The Wellbeing Within aims to make our sevices as accessible as possible to all regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, age, religion, culture, or socioeconomic status. Bodies of all sizes, shapes, and abilities are welcome. We are an inclusive, diverse, and safe community. 

  • The Wellbeing Within takes the wellbeing and safety of our client’s seriously, we believe that everyone should feel safe, secure and not feel discriminated against or judged. We will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour, nor behaviour that is inappropriate. The Wellbeing Within has the right to remove a client from a class, session or workshop or refuse entry to any of our services if behaviour or conduct is deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.

  • The Wellbeing Within has the right to refuse entry or to work with a client if they feel necessary. We have the right to also feel safe when working with clients.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with the services offered by The Wellbeing Within, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to ensure a reasonable outcome is found. We pride ourselves on offering the best service we can with a friendly, non judgemental and transparent approach. We hope that you are fully content with all our services on offer.

  • The Wellbeing Within welcomes feedback to help us ensure that we can be of the best service to you. Please let us know how we are doing and if you can, please leave a review for others to see. Word of mouth is our best form of advertising and helps grow our community.

Property & Equipment:


  • The Wellbeing Within accept no responsibility for personal property belonging to the client during attendance of any of our services.

  • The Wellbeing Within can provide equipment to client’s but please note that if you damage this, there may be a small charge to replace the item.


Cancellations & Refunds:


  • Clients will be charged, for any in person or online session, where cancellations or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.  This applies to all pricing plans, memberships and drop ins.

  • Clients who turn up late to a class, will not be able to enter the class and will be classed as a 'No Show'. Refunds and transfers are not available for No Show Clients. 

  • Workshops have a 24-hour cancellation policy and all events, retreats, workshops and deposits paid are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another session unless cancelled by The Wellbeing Within. Refunds are only given in special circumstances and at the discretion of The Wellbeing Within. There may be an admin charge for any refunds over £30. Should you cancel before that date you will be given options by The Wellbeing Within.

  • You can extend a pass for a fee, or if you are no longer able to attend the studio, you can gift your passes to others.

  • Promotions and subscriptions, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  They cannot be frozen or amended. 

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.


Waitlist:

  • If a class is full you can waitlist for the session and will be notified by email and/or text should a space become available.

  • If you are unable to make the class, you must cancel your space on the waitlist as you will still be under our cancellation policy terms and may be charged.

Client Waiver, Forms & Medical: Questionnaire:

  • Upon booking a session with The Wellbeing Within, you will be requested to complete a medical questionnaire or Discovery form, depending on which service you have purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure this is returned to The Wellbeing Within before any session. These will be emailed to you before the session.

  • The Wellbeing Within takes the care and safety for our clients and staff extremely seriously, wellbeing is paramount to us. When taking part in any of our service and classes,  you will receive information and instruction about physical exercise and recognise that exercise requires exertion, which may be strenuous and could cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved before participating. You are also made aware of any contraindications of our holistic services. 

  • Clients understand that they are attending a group activity where social distancing measures may be in place and deep cleaning is done before and after each activity, you acknowledge that there is still a risk of transmission of Covid-19 and that our classes and services may be adjusted depending on government guidance.

  • It is your responsibility to inform The Wellbeing Within of any conditions, injuries, pregnancies or changes in health at the start of classes or holistic services. It is also your duty to let us know if you are sick, have been sick or show symptoms of Covid-19, and if you are sick, to not attend any classes while you are ill and for at least 2 weeks after symptoms stop.

  • By participating in our classes or workshops you accept that The Wellbeing Within are not liable for any injury, illness or damages to a person resulting from the taking of a class.
