Bookings
-All sessions must be booked via our website. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee entry if you arrive without a booking.
-For any questions or concerns about your booking, please contact The Wellbeing Within directly.
-Equipment can be provided if requested in advance. Please let us know of any requirements before your session.
-Please arrive on time. If you are running late or unable to attend, notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry if late arrivals impact other sessions or clients.
-We strive to keep our pricing fair and transparent, though fees, packages, or services may occasionally be updated to reflect the needs of the business.
Wellbeing & Feedback
-At The Wellbeing Within, inclusivity, safety, and respect are at the heart of what we do.
-Our services are open and accessible to all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, age, religion, culture, body shape, size, or ability.
-Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and free from judgement. We will not tolerate discrimination, abusive language, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour.
-Where necessary, we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is deemed unsuitable. We also hold the right to ensure that our members, including staff feel safe while working with clients and in their environment
-If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us to discuss. We will always do our best to find a fair solution, working with kindness and transparency.
-We welcome feedback to help us grow. Sharing your experience with us—and leaving a review—supports both our work and the wider community.
Property & Equipment
-We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought to any class, session, or event, this is at your own risk.
-Equipment provided by The Wellbeing Within must be treated with care and respect. Any damage may result in a replacement fee.
-As some sessions take place in our studio that is situated in a residential setting, we request that you are considerate and respectful of our neighbours at all times.
Cancellations & Refunds
-Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. This applies to all classes, memberships, and drop-ins, events, training and workshops. Please contact The Wellbeing Within direct to discuss your options as we may be able to accommodate some situations.
-Late arrivals will not be admitted once a class has started and will be classed as a No Show. Refunds and transfers are not available for No Show clients.
-Workshops, retreats, and events (including deposits) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred unless cancelled by The Wellbeing Within. Refunds may only be considered in special circumstances and at our discretion. An admin charge may apply for refunds over £30.
-Class passes/plans may be extended for a small fee, or gifted to another person if you are unable to use them, please contact us directly to discuss your options
-Promotions and subscriptions cannot be used with any other offer, amended, or frozen.
-Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Waitlist
-If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available. If you cannot attend after being offered a space, you must cancel your waitlist spot to avoid cancellation charges.
Client Waiver, Forms & Medical Questionnaires
-When booking, you will be asked to complete a our booking form. These must be completed prior to your session or service.
-By attending, you acknowledge that some sessions involve physical exercise or holistic practices that may carry risk. You accept responsibility for ensuring you are fit to take part and understand any contraindications.
-Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or changes to your health before attending. The Wellbeing Within and its staff accept no responsibility for information not given or received by clients and you attend your sessions at your own risk, no liability will be accepted by us.
I-f you are unwell—including symptoms of Covid-19—you must not attend sessions and should wait at least 2 weeks after recovery before returning.
-While we take every measure for safety and hygiene, including cleaning and adapting in line with government guidance, participation is at your own risk.
-By joining a class, workshop, or event, you agree that The Wellbeing Within is not liable for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from participation.
