Looking for a group with a difference where you can not only bond with your child, but build some useful wellbeing tools as well? Then Mindful Me is the perfect group for you. Join Tracey and Kerry each Monday morning for a session created with well-being and community in mind, a space where you can bond with your child, take some space to nurture your wellbeing but also connect with other local families and parents. This term time group is aimed at children aged birth to 5 years and their parents/caregiver’s. Offering a friendly, warm and non judgmental space for you to develop selfcare skills as well as be guided through carefully created activities, as well as a space to connect, chat and have fun. Who are we? Tracey is a mum of two boys, with a background in education, particularly with SEN and early years. She is a qualified adult and children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher, as well as a holistic therapist and coach. She combines her knowledge and experience to bring a safe and nurturing approach to play led and holistic experiences. Kerry is mum to Autumn aged 10 & Lorcan aged 6. She is an accredited Mindfulness practitioner, certified wellbeing coach, and trainee counsellor. Kerry is passionate about promoting positive wellbeing, and supporting the mental health of our community. Kerry is the creator of ‘Your Floating Bed’ a podcast collection of mindful sleep journeys for kids Pricing: £48 per term (6 weeks) per adult/child £10 drop in session per adult/child £3 per each additional child payable in person. Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class or session. Refunds will not be given if you cancel but you are able to reschedule your appointment where available.
