Service Description

In these mindfulness sessions, we will look at what mindfulness is and how we can create space within our daily lives to incorporate this practice. You will learn about the different ways that mindfulness can help you to develop self-awareness, nurture your mental health and wellbeing and bring balance to mind, body and soul. This workshop will help you to learn ways of recognising and taming difficult emotions, as well as build sustainable tools that will help you to improve your self care and relationship with yourself. We will practice mindfulness meditations, practical ways to exercise self-care, at work, at home and in other aspects of our lives so that you can live life from a place of authenticity, peace and happiness. The holistic nature of your sessions will balance your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, alongside strengthening your own knowledge and understanding to support you in working towards your own goals and intentions. You will be inspired to grow and develop, in a way that is specific to your needs and your season of life, finding a way of mindfully living that works for you. This workshop/session can be held as a standalone appointment or be accessed over a number of weeks to really help you gain the best experience. Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class or session. Refunds will not be given if you cancel but you are able to reschedule your appointment where available.
