Service Description

The wellbeing and mental health of our children is such an important aspect to nurture, and the benefits of yoga and mindfulness can have a profound effect upon wellbeing, as well as developing lifelong, healthy habits and routines that can be beneficial for the future. Our sessions are created for your child to develop a sense of themselves in a busy world, learn techniques to self regulate, support their emotional wellbeing and move their bodies in a mindful way. Sessions include movement and yoga poses, breathing and meditation, mindfulness activities, gratitude and positive affirmations. All sessions are inclusive and non - judgemental, children are encouraged to express how they feel and ask questions in a safe, fun and mindful class. These sessions can help support mental health and children who are awaiting referrals for other services and work well alongside these. Sessions can be booked as a standalone event, individual or as a group and can be held in educational settings or a venue of your choice by agreement. Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class or session. Refunds will not be given if you cancel but you are able to reschedule your appointment where available.
