RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND-BEXLEYHEATH

Service Description

Join me for this beautifully restorative class where I will guide you through gentle poses, accompanied by meditation and sound. This class has been created to help you switch off from the outside world and take a much deserved moment for yourself. The poses are floor based and we use a number of props to help support you. I also use sound bowls to help guide you through the practice. The Wellbeing Within's ethos is centred around the values of community and wellbeing, I teach a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga to help you find a connection to yourself. Classes are adapted to suit everyone's needs and my aim is that you leave this evening yoga session relaxed, calm and grounded after taking a moment of selfcare for yourself. Please note that a medical questionnaire will need to be completed prior to joining the session so that I can ensure you receive the best from the class, this will be sent once booking has been made and will only need to be completed once. Please feel free to bring your own Yoga mat and equipment, although I do have some available. Sessions can be booked on an individual basis charged at £10 or you can block a term of sessions to receive a discount. Please note that the price of block booking sessions will vary on the number of weeks available in a term. Please book as a plan for the sessions. Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class or session. Refunds will not be given if you cancel but you are able to reschedule your appointment where available.
