Service Description

Join me for this beautifully restorative class held in my cosy, serene garden studio. You will guided you through gentle poses, accompanied by meditation and sound healing. This class has been created to help you switch off from the outside world and take a much deserved moment for yourself. The poses are floor based and a number of props are used to help support you. I also use sound bowls to help guide you through the practice.
