My approach to yoga is soulful, grounding, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern wellbeing. Drawing on the teachings of Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Pre- and Post-Natal yoga, I guide you through practices that honour the deeper purpose of yoga, not just as movement, but as a path of self-awareness, healing, and reconnection.

You don’t need to be flexible to begin, you just need to arrive as you are, in this moment and that is more than enough.

 

My sessions blend breathwork, mediation, movement, and stillness inviting you to explore your inner landscape and return to the wisdom that already lives within you. Classes are accessible, trauma-informed, and designed to support the nervous system, encouraging a deeper mind-body-soul connection that extends far beyond the mat.

Whether you're seeking strength, softness, or a space to just breathe, I offer group classes, private 1:1 sessions, and workplace wellbeing experiences that meet you where you are and, supporting you in building a relationship with yoga and yourself that is kind, intuitive, and lasting.
