Service Description
These small group evening yoga sessions are a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. A gentle, grounding practice to calm the body, settle the mind, and reconnect to your inner rhythm. This class blends slow, mindful yoga with the restorative power of sound healing, guiding you through fluid movement, conscious breath, and soothing sound to release tension and restore balance. We’ll move with intention, creating space in both body and mind, before surrendering into deep rest as therapeutic sound vibrations wash through the room. Expect a cosy, nurturing atmosphere where you can soften, realign, and simply be. Perfect for all levels and no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to slow down. To ensure the practice best supports you, a short medical questionnaire will be sent upon booking (only required once). You’re welcome to bring your own mat and props, though equipment will also be available. Classes run during term time in a small, supportive group setting, allowing space for personal attention and care. If you have any questions or specific needs, please feel free to reach out, I would love to welcome you to the mat.
