Service Description

Sound healing, often called a “sound bath,” is an invitation to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself on the deepest level. In these sessions, you are lovingly held in a safe and nurturing space, either lying down or sitting comfortably as waves of sound and vibration wash over you. Instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums create layers of healing frequencies that “bathe” you in resonance, guiding the mind into stillness and the body into deep restoration. The sound gently slows your brainwaves, soothes the nervous system, and awakens the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Many describe sound healing as a journey, sometimes deeply calming, sometimes emotional and cleansing, and at other times uplifting and expansive. Every experience is unique, but the sound always meets you where you are, offering exactly what you need in that moment. Sound has been found to ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep, release physical tension, support emotional balance, and reconnect us to a greater sense of harmony and wellbeing. More than anything, it helps you come home to yourself, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and at peace. Sessions can be held in groups or 1:1, each lovingly tailored to offer you a sanctuary away from the noise of daily life.
