Service Description
These small group evening yoga sessions offer a calming space to pause, reset, and reconnect. Blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, each class is designed to support you in finding balance, strength, and ease, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, my intention is that you leave feeling centred, grounded, and deeply nourished. To ensure the practice fully supports you, a short medical questionnaire will need to be completed upon booking (only required once). You’re welcome to bring your own mat and props, though equipment will be available if needed. Classes run during term time in an intimate setting, allowing for individual attention and support. If you have any questions or specific needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, I’d love to welcome you.
